XYALIS and EDAconnect.com Strengthen IC Back-End Offerings in EDAstore™
EDA Tools Distributor will Offer GT Product Suite
for a Monthly Subscription Fee
Scottsdale, Ariz. – XYALIS, Inc. a worldwide provider of IC design back-end products, and EDAconnect.com, the first Internet-based EDA tools distributor, announce an agreement to distribute XYALIS products through EDAstore™ (http://www.edastore.com/). Custom IC designers worldwide can now buy a subscription for the XYALIS products on a month-to-month basis. All transactions, including downloads, free trial periods, subscriptions, support and updates can now take place over the Internet.
Existing Multi-Purpose layout finishing tools, such as Design Rule Checkers are no longer able to address the issues of today’s largest designs. XYALIS offers a comprehensive suite of layout finishing tools, GTsuite, dedicated to address the new layout finishing challenges. The GT software family developed by XYALIS is dedicated to improve the efficiency and reliability of the tape-out of your IC sub-micron designs.
Based on the industry-standard GDSII language, GTsuite products can be integrated within most existing design environments to provide designers with valued layout database checking, merging, hard IP instantiation, manipulation, documentation and "area-fill" processing. EDAconnect.com's subscription-basis will allow users to realize a significant savings by utilizing XYALIS products on an "as-needed," project-by-project basis.
